Morse Code Privacy Policy

Morse Code is designed to work locally on your device. Sarcomere does not collect, sell, rent, or use your personal data for advertising or tracking.

Information we collect

Morse Code does not collect personal information, usage analytics, diagnostic telemetry, advertising identifiers, contacts, location, photos, videos, audio, or the messages you enter. The app has no account system, advertising, analytics, social features, or cloud backend, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

Your messages

Text entered into Morse Code is converted to Morse code on your device. It is not sent to Sarcomere or stored on a remote server.

Camera and flashlight access

On iPhone, Apple groups flashlight control with Camera permission. Morse Code uses that permission only to start the rear-camera system long enough to control the LED flashlight. The app does not take, save, inspect, or transmit photos or video. You can deny Camera access and use Screen output instead.

On-device preferences

Preferences such as output mode, speed, and repeat behavior may be kept locally by the operating system so the app can work as expected. Sarcomere does not receive those settings.

App Store services

Apple may process information independently when you download the app or use App Store services. Apple's own terms and privacy policy apply to that activity. Sarcomere does not receive your Apple ID or payment-card information.

Website hosting and support

The service hosting this website may process ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps, to deliver and secure these pages. Sarcomere does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking here.

If you contact support, Sarcomere receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide and uses them only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Children's privacy

Morse Code is a general-audience utility and is not directed specifically to children. Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released. Questions about this policy can be sent to sarcomerestore@gmail.com.
