Terms & licensing.
Practical information about using the Sarcomere website, obtaining our apps, and managing access.
Website and app availability
The website provides app information, support, and, where offered, downloads and activation services. An app marked “In development,” “Coming soon,” or “Unavailable” is not a promise of a release date. Screenshots show the versions captured and may differ from later releases or from your device.
Use the website and software only with devices and systems you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass activation or security checks, or disrupt the service. Keep administrator credentials and device-activation links private.
Purchases and subscriptions
Check the price, included features, supported platforms, and billing period shown at purchase. A subscription and a one-time purchase are different products; the offer you choose determines your entitlement. Platform availability or a license for one app does not imply access to every Sarcomere app.
App Store and Google Play purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests use the relevant store’s processes and applicable purchase terms. Deleting an app or resetting its settings does not cancel a subscription. Manage renewal through the store account used to subscribe.

If Sarcomere offers a direct purchase, its price and included access should be presented before payment. For a direct-purchase question, contact us with the transaction reference and device code, not full card details. This information page does not itself request payment or change the terms of an existing purchase.
Leopard Control device access
Downloading Leopard Control does not by itself approve a device. Access depends on verification and the license or approval assigned to it. Supported versions can restore access when a new installation is verified as belonging to an already-approved device. Changing the device, Android user profile, or app-signing identity may require support.
A device code is a reference for support, not a transferable license key. Revocation ends the existing access. Ordinary access revocation permits a fresh paid purchase; a blocked or deleted device requires support before it can purchase again. Until a new purchase is activated, previously issued offline access may remain valid until the app checks again or that access expires. Removing a device from the management list is not a promise to erase licensing or security history. See the website privacy policy for the records used by this service.
Leopard Control direct purchases & refunds
The device checkout offers monthly access (30 days) for SAR 19.99 or annual access (365 days) for SAR 199.99 for one eligible registered Android device. This is one payment, with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Online collection is available only when checkout is enabled. Your selected term starts when a verified payment activates your device. An eligible renewal or fresh purchase after ordinary revocation starts a new term; it does not restore time from a revoked purchase.
Check the device ID before paying. Payment does not transfer access to a different device. The official app must register the device and connect to the internet to receive its verified activation. Reinstalling on the same eligible device preserves the original expiry; it does not restart or extend the purchased term. Vehicle features depend on supported firmware, permissions and compatible hardware.
Moyasar handles the secure payment step and available payment methods. A bank authorization or a successful browser redirect is not by itself activation confirmation. If payment was taken but access is still pending, use “Check payment status” or contact support before paying again.
For a refund or correction, email sarcomerestore@gmail.com with your device ID, transaction reference, payment date and reason. Do not send full card details. We investigate duplicate payments, payment without delivered access, and other purchase problems. Confirmed duplicate charges or access we cannot deliver are eligible for correction or refund to the original payment method. Other requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Digital access has no physical item to return or exchange; contact us about an incorrect device ID before purchasing again.
A refunded or reversed purchase may have its associated access revoked. Payment-provider processing time determines when an approved refund appears in your account. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Compatibility and safe use
Check the requirements for the app and version you intend to use. Features can depend on the operating system, connected device, permissions, and hardware. Do not rely on an app where a failure could put someone at risk. Set up vehicle-related apps and install updates only while safely parked; follow local laws and the vehicle manufacturer’s guidance.
Obtain apps from their linked stores or official Sarcomere download pages. Back up important data before making device changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or compatibility with every device.
Support and your rights
For installation, activation, billing, or compatibility questions, use Support or email sarcomerestore@gmail.com. Include the app version and relevant device details so we can investigate.
Nothing on this page excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any specific license or purchase terms supplied with an app remain applicable. Updates to this page do not, by themselves, remove an entitlement already purchased.
