Pairing, reconnection, input, privacy, and purchase help in one place.

How do I pair Bluetooth Mouse?

Open Bluetooth Mouse and start pairing, then select it from the host device's supported Bluetooth or pointer-device list. Pairing starts from the host—the iPhone acts as the accessory and cannot scan for host devices itself.

  • Mac: System Settings → Bluetooth
  • iPad: Settings → Accessibility → Touch → AssistiveTouch → Devices → Bluetooth Devices
  • Windows: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Add device → Bluetooth
  • Android: System Bluetooth settings → Pair new device

Why does the host sometimes show my iPhone name?

The app advertises as Bluetooth Mouse during discovery, but iOS and the host control the system-level label shown after bonding. The app cannot override that label.

What should I try if reconnection fails?

  1. Keep Bluetooth Mouse open and confirm Bluetooth is on.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth Mouse from the host.
  3. Toggle Bluetooth off and on on the host.
  4. Use the app's reconnect or repair option.
  5. Use Forget only as a last resort, then pair again.

Does Bluetooth Mouse record what I type?

No. Supported input is converted into Bluetooth key reports and sent directly to the approved host. The app keeps no typed-text history.

Does Mouse Jiggler click anything?

No. It sends movement only. It runs only while Bluetooth Mouse is open, active, connected, and entitled to Pro. It stops when disabled, disconnected, or the app becomes inactive.

How do I restore or manage Pro?

Open Bluetooth Mouse Pro and choose Restore Purchases. Monthly Pro can be managed from iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bluetooth Mouse.

How do I delete local app data?

Choose Reset entire app in Bluetooth Mouse settings or delete the app. Bluetooth permissions and bonds are managed by iOS and the host and may need to be removed separately.
